At Casa Serendipia, we consider our guests to be travelers or guests interested in learning about the country's culture and history. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we have basic rules. -Breakfast is served at a flexible time; complimentary coffee or tea is included. You can pay extra if you prefer a full breakfast. _Check-in is from 3:00 PM (flexible). _Check-out is at 12:00 PM. We store your luggage free of charge if you need it. - Visitors are allowed in the living room, never in the bedroom. - Smoking is only allowed on the terrace or balcony. - We do not have pets. - No underwear allowed outside your room. - You may use the kitchen. - There are no restrictions for small children. We do not accept requests for accommodation from anyone under 18. - Damage caused by lost keys or other damages must be paid for. - Free Wi-Fi is available for one hour per day.
