Self contained garden Annexe
Overview
We have a self contained Annexe to let to one person, with free off road parking. It is suitable for short lets from November until March. The Annexe has one bedroom with a double bed and sofa, a small kitchenette (microwave, small fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine), and a bathroom with shower. The let includes a weekly washing & drying service & includes bills. (We do have 2 cats but they are not allowed in the Annexe.) The let does not include access to our house. Would suit professionals/ NHS staff on short term contracts - The Conquest Hospital in Hastings is about 20mins bus ride.
House Rules
The garden Annexe is self contained and the let does not include access to our house. There is a small kitchenette with microwave for cooking but there is no stove. A wash & dry laundry service by us is included in the let. All bills included. (The Annexe has a private outside decking area where smoking IS permitted.) No pets sorry.
