Independent apartment in central location in one of the main arteries from which you can access any part of Havana, just 5 minutes from the main tourist destinations (Tropicana, house music, Factory Cuban Art, Havana seawall, clinical Cira Garcia and Institute Histotherapy among others) and some 15mn Old Havana offers you the opportunity to move on very cheap rates, the tourist bus runs right around the corner from our hostel which is a very good choice during the day . The apt we rented is independent with access to a lovely terrace that you stole morning and part of your evenings, ideal for breakfast and have a drink with friends. At the bottom is our house to which you have access if desired where lived my husband, our two children and I, a person is responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the local which is performed on alternate days unless the customer demanded that out daily. Room modern design minimal features hot and cold water, air conditioning, tv, wifi, sound system, kitchen, refrigerator and sofa alternative bed for group of more than 2 people, we provide a cell with a Cuban telephone line to our customers at no cost any communications to stay, we offer laundry and ironing services at a cost depending on the number of pieces. We also offer shuttle service to the airport which has a cost of 30.00 CUC 25.00 pickups outings, and taxi service during your stay with a trusted driver whose cost will depend on customer needs.
House Rules
smoking in the room is not allowed, there is a terrace available for smokers, we do not allow animals, all lost and broken in the room will always be charged and when full responsibility of the customer, it is necessary in case of receiving visits notify the hosts, we are not responsible in any outside activity room rental situation.
