Self contained annexe in Battle
Overview
We are a professional family and have lived in Battle for over 30 years, we are looking for professional people working in the local area that need good quality accommodation mid-week only Monday to Friday. We would consider a student but this is subject to prior agreement.
House Rules
Monday to Friday only, no smoking in property but you can smoke outside and in the rear garden area. No pets but this may be considered depending on the situation and after prior approval. No loud music or parties, must keep place tidy and park sensibly on the property. Professional people working in the local area only, references required and proof of employment all bills included.

The studio annexe has a bedroom with seating area, a separate kitchen and en-suite shower room. Private front and rear doors, private parking space at the front of annex. The room has a smart tv with pre-installed apps, only Freeview.
