1 Bedroom available for female roommate March 1st in High Park ($990/Month) Seeking a female roommate to live with me in my 2 bedroom apartment. Located beside High Park station, the room is partitioned with a curtain and has access to a balcony overlooking east. It's also furnished with 2 shelving units and a large desk if required, and measures to 9.5ft by10ft. -Internet is included in the rent price. -Hydro would be $50 approximately (includes central heating and air conditioning) -Lockers need to be rented for a fee if required while bike storage is free -Unit has a laundry machine which doubles as a washer and dryer -Unit also has a dishwasher. Amenities include a fitness centre with a gym, swimming pool with lounge area and jacuzzi, as well as massage treatment rooms (massages aren't included in rent price and must be booked online for a fee.) The Clubhouse includes a music room, Tv room, billiards, art studio, kids playroom, business room, and a party room (party room is an additional fee). There are also BBQ's outside which can be used during the warmer months. *Please only inquire if you like cats since I live with a bengal. House Rules
Smoking is permitted outside of the building only as per the condo rules and no pets are allowed since they may not get along well with my bengal. I use only eco-friendly cleaning products to ensure my cat does not have exposure to harsh chemicals. I also will not clean with essential oils since they can be toxic to cats. My door is open most of the time so my cat can have access to my room, except during sleeping hours when I close my bedroom door to ensure sound sleep for my guests/roommate. I also avoid bringing plants into my home since they can be toxic to cats and ask that guests do not bring toxic plants into the home or avoid plants all together. While I am very laid-back, I do ask that there be female-only friends being invited over.
