Large 2,800sq ft house in unique gated community (Cottonwood Tree Reserve) only 5 miles from Arizona State University (ASU); 11 miles from Old Town Scottsdale. Bus stop 3 minute walk from property. Bedroom 1 is large with 1 Queen and 1 double bed (sleeps 4) with walk-in closet, shared balcony, and large Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Includes desk and Television with fire-stick streaming tv. House includes a theater & game room, private courtyard, pool/hot-tub, tennis/basketball court, and creek filled with fish. FUN LOVING Military Family, have lived in and visited over 45 countries. Husband (Shannon) & wife (Billie... Yes names are gender incorrect!! lol) both Army Officers age 40. Have 6 children, 4 boys & 2 girls. Shannon & Billie hobbies include: skydiving, climbing, mountain biking, snowboarding/skiing, and wine tasting. Shannon used to live in South American and speaks Spanish; Billie used to live in Kuwait and speaks a little French & Arabic.
