Rosenda's House
Overview
We are a welcoming Guatemalan family; my children, my little dog, and I started our business "a guesthouse" 8 years ago. I live in a working-class neighborhood surrounded by nature. Our neighborhood is humble but above all, respectable; it's a quiet, safe, and working-class neighborhood. I'm close to the zoo, national museums, the Alliance Française, and the airport, all just a few minutes from my home. Allow yourself to explore this little corner of the city and enjoy a home-like stay that feels like family. The room includes a wardrobe, TV service, Wi-Fi, a heater, a well-ventilated area, and laundry facilities (for an additional fee).
House Rules
Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. The bed is queen-size (one bed per room). One pet only. There is an outdoor area suitable for smoking or simply relaxing. Check-in time is flexible; however, please note that check-out time is 12 p.m., so it's best to inquire if you'd like to check in before noon.
