Renting two rooms within a beautiful mountain home. Medium sized rooms, preferable for international students or single mature age tenant. This home is situated in the peaceful Mount Riverview area. Grocery store located nearby, 1min to bus stop and train station is a quick 20min walk away. Cosy, country style home offers a large backyard, two bathrooms and wood fireplace. This house has seen two child raised and is now open available to rent. Tennants must be clean and responsible. As you will be sharing this house, it is important to note that applicants must be friendly. Great value p/night inc., electricity, water and internet

Feel free to use the Kitchen but leave everything nice and clean is a must! Please do not invite strangers into our house, If you would like to have a friend over, please check with me in advance Dog lovers only - I have two Mini Maltese small loving dogs
