Rooms for rent
Overview
We have two rooms for rent on the upper floor of the house with a shared bathroom. House has central air. Each room has its own TV. Mini microwave, coffee machine, and water heater will be available for use located in the loft area. You'll be given a code to go in and out of the house. Access will be limited to entrance to the house, loft, and guest rooms only. Parking will be assigned.
House Rules
SUBLETTING AND SHARING. Absolutely no subletting or secretly sharing your space as guests are not allowed to bring other guests into our home. PARKING. Parking is assigned on the driveway of the residence. Street parking is allowed EXCEPT between the hours of 2 AM to 5 AM (permit requires). Parking violation fee is payable directly to the city of San Dimas and not the responsibility of the landlord/owner. OTHER FEES. Request for a locksmith for lost house keys, garage key fob, TV remote, and other property paraphernalia, $100. HOUSE RULES. House rules are enforced at all times. NO pets, loud noise, games, music, parties, as courtesy to other residents and neighbor. Use of laundry will be scheduled to be determined and assigned. Trash collection is every Tuesday weekly - if a holiday falls on a weekday, collections for the rest of the week will be delayed 1 day. Use of the main refrigerator in the kitchen is not permitted as you are assigned a space in the other refrigerator located in the garage to be shared with the other guests. PROPERTY MAINTENANCE. Regularly clean common areas and your personal spaces. When cooking, use the hood and fan to ventilate the kitchen. Clean the kitchen appliances, sink, countertops, flooring and dining area thoroughly after each use. The washer dryer must be wiped after each use and remove dryer lint for the next user. ENERGY CONSERVATION. Turn off all power including lights, AC, electronics, water, etc when not in use. Adhere to time of use of energy recommended by the utilities company. Limit of use of energy during peak hours from 4 PM to 9 PM daily including weekends. PROPERTY INSPECTION. Tenant allows owner to do routine inspection and repairs with due notice. Any damage to property caused by tenant must be reported immediately to the landlord and appropriate repair measures will be discussed fairly and honestly. QUIT AT WILL with be honored which applies to both hosts and guests.
