Overview
Hey everyone, We have a room available in our flat! I'm a guy in my 30s, and my flatmate (a girl) is in her 20s. We both work from home and consider ourselves pretty easy-going. The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, and a kitchen. We also have access to a spacious community terrace. It's fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, elevator, 1000 Mbit/s fiber internet, and a cleaning service for the common areas. House Rules
No pets – Unfortunately, we can't accommodate animals. Quiet hours – Please keep noise to a minimum between 00:00 and 08:30. Smoking policy – The flat is generally non-smoking, though occasional smoking by a guest (at a designated window) may happen. If this is a concern for you, we’re open to discussing it.
