Overview
I have a very spacious and bright room in a quiet and peaceful setting. The bathroom is shared with the family, which consists of my daughter and me. The area is surrounded by gardens, bars, a gym, supermarkets, and bus lines that will take you to all parts of the city. It's a 20-minute walk from the city center or the beach. It's ideal for one person or a couple who want to enjoy their stay, study and practice Spanish, and of course, experience the local customs. I look forward to seeing you there.
House Rules
Upon arrival I will ask for your ID and cash payment. You can use the living room and share moments with the family. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. In the kitchen you can use the microwave. Sheets and towels are changed every week. Hand washing is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. You cannot bring other people home. Anything you need, I will be happy to help.
