Room with balcony in the center
Overview
I live in a typical Madrid house from the beginning of the 20th century completely renovated, the house is completely exterior with great light since it has balconies facing the street. I have available a room with a double bed, wardrobe and a table. Your room and mine are separated by the living room, so you will enjoy privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave...) I have individual natural gas heating and air conditioning. I have lived and worked in different countries, I am a sociable person and I like to meet people of different nationalities. I speak English and French. I live in a typical ¨madrileña¨ house which building dated from the beginning of the XX century, ; it is all new, modern and with plenty of natural light thanks to the several balconies in the rooms. A double room with one bed, built in closet and a table. (towels and bed sheet provided) - total privacy: the living room is between rooms - a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave) -heat and air conditioning - Wifi My place is located in the downtown area, in Lavapiés´neighborhood. Here you will be able to find plenty of cultural and social activities/events, bars and restaurants. You are within walk-in distance from two main parks here: El Retiro and El botanico (botanical garden), museums (Prado, Thyssem, Reina Sofia). And you are planning in going to other cities like Toledo, Barcelona, Seville…the Atocha Train Station is 5 minutes away. There are two subway stations you can take from here: Lavapiés (Line 3) and Antón Martín (Line 1) I have lived and worked in several countries. I love to meet people from other places, learn from their cultures and be able to share my own one. I am very sociable and easy going person. I am also clean and organize. I speak English and French.
