I rent also in half board (breakfast and dinner) beautiful studio room of 25 sqm. with parquet, panoramic balcony, finishing and precious furniture, with independent entrance and bathroom, kitchen use, wifi, washing machine, in a large apartment where the owner lives with two small yorkshires. Included in the price are all utilities, linen, internet and weekly cleaning. The apartment is very big (180 m2) and the guest can live in his part in silence and independent way. The quarter is very close to the centre, with buses, trams and many shops. I rent for minumum 1 mounth.
