Room with a living room
Overview
We are a family of 4 with 2 primary kids living in a 4-bedroom double-storey house. Our home is in a quiet residential area of Leumeah. It is 5 min drive to Minto Mall and 10mins to Campbelltown Mall. 2 mins walk to bus stop direct to Leumeah Station or interchange with other services. The train ride to Central Station is 1 hour. We are close to Campbelltown Western Sydney University campus and TAFE. There is an accessible bus from Campbelltown Station to Wollongong University. Guests will be using the ground floo,r which is a double brick wall so this causing home to be cooler in the summer. The upstairs kitchen is modern and spacious. Guests can have own storage cupboard. The room downstairs has its own shower and toilet ( its in the shared laundry area) and there's also a chill playroom where you can relax, watch some tv or just hang out. There's a bed in the playroom if 2 friends(female) are booking and want a separate sleeping arrangement. There's a $15 dollar extra charge to cover the additional setup. Your dedicated fridge. update photos coming soon. The room is furnished with queen bed, linen sheets, pillows and blanket. Room only for female over 18 years of age. Our quiet hours are from 10pm till 7am WiFi available and chrome casting. Living room is furnished with a bed ,study table, a standalone tall clothes cupboard and a 2 seater sofa .update photos soon
House Rules
-switch off all device when not in use or not in room -please keep in mind guest will have ID photocopied on arrival -it is a requirement to pay in full on arrival. I asked please to give 4 days of notice in order to received a refund - Guest welcome to dine upstairs at the dinning table or downstairs living area -no visitor allowed. -basic cleaning of kitchen and bathroom after use. -no smoking, drugs or excessive alchohol consumption. -fresh linen is always available. if stain or spill please notify so can be replaced -Garage and storage under stairs is all out of bound to guest -if stay is 3 days or more can use washing machine -personal care products not supplied -please keep our home secure and lock the front when entering and double lock as well the screen door when leaving -check in after 2pm and out is 10am.when availablity permits checking in or out can be early or late Please keep in mind the room is for 1person/ night booking. if 2 people booking and need separate sleeping arrangement an additional charge of $15 per person /night . Since there is a table downstairs, you can dine upstairs or downstairs at your comfort.
