Overview
Three bedroom house owned by young professional and currently shared with another young professional. When you come to stay it will make us 3! Double room with double bed and you will share main bedroom with one other person ( home owner has separate en-suite) . The home is located within a quiet road overlooking a green area , within easy reach of a wide range of local amenities convenience stores and larger outlets such as Citywest & The Square Shopping Centre and a variety of sports & leisure facilities. Both the M50 Motorway and The Luas are merely minutes away with the 27 & W62 bus less than a 5 minutes walk away.
House Rules
Strictly : No smoking No pets No quests / over night quests No parties No drug use showers / blow dryer 6 am -10 pm No loud noises Personal items to be kept in bedroom When using kitchen quest must clean up after themselves
