Room to Rent
Overview
In my warm loving home its me Rose and my husband and my son of 10 years of age that is living here. We have 2 jack Russells and 1 very lazy cat. We live 300m from A Big shopping mall a hospital and library. Uber is the easiest way to travel to other place for site seeing like Table Mountain and the beach. We normally do site seeing on Sunday's. The student who come live here is more than welcome to join us. We like going to The Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and take bote trips. The Two Oceans Aquarium and Robben Island is also very exciting. We live very near winefarms and the strawberry farm.
House Rules
Keep the room clean and laundry in the laundry bin. Leave the bathroom the way you found it. Clean and dry. I give 3 meals a day. Please inform me if you are not going to eat supper at home. You can help yourselves to fruitjuice and soda's. I will do the laundry and ironing. No strangers late night in the house. Keep the noise down after 10 I have a son that goes to school.Thank you. No smoking in the house.

This room in a ground floor room with own entrance. One student can rent this room for R400.00 or a couple for R700 per night. There is a microwave and a kettle
