Ok to smoke in back garden Please tidy and clean kitchen after use Lock doors and windows when leaving the premises No outside visitors in the house.If you wish to have a friend call please check with Host.Room/house is for guest use only No additional guests, Unless booked in advance as a guest. Heating is on set timer. If you need less or more heat check with host.do not interfere with controls Onsite parking available
