It’s a new mid terrace house in a new estate , we speak French and English, We are renting a room , a single room with a single bed -with shared bathroom We are a family of 4 persons including 2 kids , one is 5 and 15 years, We are letting a small bedroom with a single bed , very comfy and clean, with recently bought office desk and chair There is shared bathroom and use of kitchen as well, very limited and light cooking pls to clean kitchen after cooking and bathroom etc After use need to wash n dry your dishes and keep in press and make sure kitchen is cleaned Payment on arrival please in cash we live beside the LUAS to go to city centre-red line S8 BUS TO UCD BELFIELD DIRECT AND BESIDE HOUSE Check in anytime Check out by noon latest
House Rules
It’s family with kids one is 5 and 15 years. Respect is very important in terms of dress code please, no beach wear type of clothes or nighties outside your room or unappropriated clothes will not be allowed as we are a family home with kids, clean the bathroom after usage, and keep the house tidy as you would like to find it Light cooking permitted ,please clean the oven and wash and dry your dishes plz If u have to use kitchen , need to do so before 10 pm , No smoke and drinking please No Guest allowed Cleaning fee every fortnightly is 20Euros for long stays Wifi is free Payment on arrival and in cash please. Check out is 10 am.
