Room on 3 acres in the country
Overview
Primarily looking for traveling nurses. Brand new home on 3 acres, 15 minutes from Cape Coral and Fort Myers, 20 minutes from Port Charlotte, about an hour to local beaches. (2) bedrooms share a private bath, separated from the rest of the house. You have use of the kitchen, living room, and dining rooms. Plus what ever you want to do on the 3 acres. Rooms are furnish with beds, dressers, 46" TV with ad-free Netflix and an extensive media library. Each room has it's own full sized refrigerator. Utilities are included. Mini laundry mat on site. Pet friendly. My wife and I work for the local school districts. We have a 14 year old daughter.
House Rules
Small pets are OK. Smoking outside is fine. Each room has it's own full sized refrigerator. We are early to bed, early to rise. Looking for traveling nurses on the night shift.
