Well located next to the bus stop and close to the train and metro. Pets are not accepted. You can smoke on the terrace. Guests are not received after 11:00 p.m.
House Rules
Check-in at noon. Check-out at 11am. Arrivals later than 11:00 p.m. (11:00 p.m.) are not accepted. Upon arrival you will be given the keys and a photo of your ID or Passport will be taken. Free parking near the apartment, on the street. Due to the characteristics of the apartment, it is not suitable for children. You can smoke on the interior terrace. It is not allowed to invite people to the apartment, without prior notice, for your safety and mine. Pets are not accepted. The apartment is cleaned daily, so respect is requested, especially in the shower, leaving it clean as you found it. Utensils used in the kitchen must be washed and organized. If you must get up early, please respect other guests and try not to make noise, slam doors or speak loudly.
