Overview
Appartento 100sqm with 3camere one double comfortable that awaits you with two singles: D There are two bathrooms, one with a shower at your disposal (although I use it because it is the only shower). We are on the fifth floor. There are two lifts. Situo in a quiet street just west of downtown, close to the stat. meter Soumare and Palmeiras Barra Funda, the two commercial centers. West Plaza and Bourbon, restaurants, bars and more. There are the well-stocked kitchen, a bathroom with hot shower and the living room. There are wi-fi and cable TV (Smart TV). The room has a fan. Every week someone comes to help me clean and do laundry.
House Rules
We smoke, but only in the evening hours :-) So '6 if you are a smoker, I invite you to smoke in the laundry (behind the kitchen) during the day (we all have our. Oddities :-)). Respect for small children, you have to consult individually. Keep safety of the house, closing the door when you enter and when you leave. Do not invite people home. I would like to be a guest that I was at his house :-)
