I have one small but cosy room, and at times one other room that is a bit bigger to let in my flat. The appartment is located within walking distance from the city centre.

There is a microwave and a water cooker available for guests. (Not the oven, not the cook top, unless otherwise agreed.) This is not a place for those who love to cook; it`s for those who are ok with take-away and the microwave. Loss of house keys will result in a replacement fee. Do not wear outdoor shoes inside the house.
