Overview
I rent a room to a girl, student or worker. For a long stay (minimum 3 months) Located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods of the city. It is a room of 40m2 in the upper part of the house, with its own sofa and TV, free WIFI, private terrace, individual bathroom, is in a detached house with a nice garden, pool, barbecue .... I offer free parking in the same house, also with space to leave a bike or a motorbike, (I can lend you a bike) The buses and tram to connect with the different university areas and city center are very close. quiet zone We are a uniparental family with two very funny, 17 and 14 year old, girls ideal for learning Spanish, we are a very active family and we like to go out to the mountains and to ski, in summer surfing the beach. We would like someone who wants to know our customs and share something of our way of life. The meals are negotiable. The price is without expenses (which are few)
