Room in Boutique Hotel
Overview
My name is Constanza and I am an artist, I work in artistic hairdressing and work production, I am a photographer and traveler. I work from home and away from home in Valparaiso. We rent three rooms to permanently share our house/boutique hotel. We seek to share with professionals or students who have already had the experience of living alone and are independent. That they work from home and outside the home and that they like the Buenos Aires environment. We seek to generate a calm and friendly environment that can be compatible with guests who will come on weekends to visit Valparaiso. We have a beautiful, large common space with several tables where you can work, eat, share with friends and other cohabitants. We also have an interior patio with many plants. Cerro Concepción is very beautiful in its architecture and is full of places to discover, viewpoints, stairs, small streets, as well as small places to eat and buy food of all kinds. We have 3 rooms available, two with sea views and one with views of the interior patio, all with private bathrooms and good light. All three furnished with beds with mattresses and shelves to organize your clothes. We share a large kitchen, where we have cohabitation agreements regarding cleaning. We have a large oven to make pizzas for everything or whatever you want to cook. We live with a very friendly and gifted 3-year-old cat. The room does not include sheets or towels. Constanza provides support with the cleaning of common spaces 4 times a month and if you want her to support you in your room and bathroom we can coordinate it without any problem.
House Rules
The rules of the house are respect for the people we live with and good communication, no smoking inside the house or in the rooms, only smoking on the patio or outside. take care that the cat does not escape through the front door. Take care of your waste and recycling, such as plastic and glass bottles. Leave everything clean and tidy after using it. Taking care of the house and who you bring to it as a visit.
