Overview
There is a gym, an outdoor and indoor pool, and 24/7 security on the property. There is parking available indoors. Two plus one apartment. Pets are welcome and permitted. The building can withstand earthquakes. The apartment includes a kitchen, a single bathroom, a shared living room, and two bedrooms. The living room and kitchen are yours to use however you want to feel at home. If you own a pet, I will stop at nothing to ensure its happiness. The room you will stay in has a large desk, a table lamp, a wardrobe, and a dresser. The apartment has high speed internet access. You can use all bathroom, laundry, and kitchen supplies. Everything you need can be provided; you can come with one suitcase. We can have a wonderful friendship as long as we are considerate of one another and our surroundings, including any noise or potential danger from pets. I am able to offer a wide range of assistance and support with lodging and hosting. We can build more meaningful connections with people who are interested in learning about a different nation or culture.
House Rules
Behavior that disturbs neighbors and the landlord (noise, loud voice, etc.) will not be accepted. You can use the kitchen and living room as you wish to feel at home. For security reasons, the outer door must be locked when leaving the house. General house cleaning should be taken into consideration (bathroom, toilet, dishes, etc.), and shoes should not be worn in the house.
