Room for rent in navas
Overview
Room located in the Navas neighborhood, two minutes from the metro stop, bike station in front and bus stops nearby, two kilometers from the Sagrada Familia. Room with fan, breakfast is not offered, the bathroom is shared and no room has a private bathroom included inside. There is a small hair dryer, the use of the washing machine is not allowed. A space is provided in the refrigerator. The kitchen can be used to prepare quick things, smoking is allowed on the balcony. Guests must take out their own trash as the trash removal service is not included. Upon leaving, a check will be made of the objects and belongings in the room and house, in case of damage or deterioration we will be forced to charge a penalty. Since it is superfluous to remember that we have to be clean, polite, and careful of the house that receives us and not damage or deteriorate any of the belongings in the house.On the day of departure the guest must leave before 11:00am. The remaining payment is made upon arrival in cash. In case your reservation is cancelled, the money will be refunded and if you have any other questions, you can contact us or the Homestay page.
House Rules
Calm behavior, companions or pets are not accepted. You can smoke on the terrace, use the kitchen and use the washing machine on some occasions. You cannot knock on the neighbors' doors. Garbage must be removed from the rooms. If any damage is caused, it must be replaced or paid for.
