House Rules
1) Make yourself at home, but please clean up after yourself. o There is a blue dumpster bin outside the garage as well as a black waste bin. o You are also welcome to use the dishwasher for all dishes except for the pots, pans, and knives. o Please hand wash pots, pans, and knives. o Soap is provided for both hand washing and dishwasher use. o Please do not leave dirty dishes piled up in the sink or allow trash to overflow in the common/shared areas. 2) The washer and dryer are available for your use. 3) Please do not use the home address to receive personal mail. I recommend setting up a P.O. Box with USPS or getting a personal mailbox at UPS. 4) I kindly ask that the following rules are kept to ensure the increasing costs of electricity do not lead to us having to raise our rates. a. Doors and windows must remain closed when air-conditioner or heater are running. b. Please do not leave lights on when not in the rooms/kitchen/bathrooms. c. Please ensure all doors are locked, and lights are turned off when you leave. 5) We strive to provide a home that everyone can enjoy and would appreciate your helping us keep a quiet/restful home between the hours of 10 pm -7 am. 6) Smoking of any type (including vaping) is not permitted inside the home. 7) No pets are permitted. Drinking is permitted for those of legal age (21). Please drink responsibly. 9) No illegal drugs or weapons (guns/knives) are allowed in the house. 10) Extra guests outside the reservation are prohibited without prior approval from the host. Violation of any of the above house rules can lead to penalties which include fines (needed for cleaning and costs of any damage) as well as the immediate termination of the stay. For additional clarity violations of rules 6 through 10 (regarding smoking, pets, illegal drugs & weapons, underage drinking, and guests outside the reservation) are cause for immediate termination of stay.
