I am an independent and friendly person living in Alexandria, Egypt. I offer a clean, furnished room in my apartment for one person or a married couple. The home is quiet, safe, and located in a lively local neighborhood close to all essential services — perfect for those who wish to experience authentic Egyptian daily life. It’s also near shops, restaurants, and several tourist attractions, and very well connected to all types of transportation. The area is secure, and I always aim to provide the best possible service based on my guests’ feedback and suggestions. I respect privacy and do my best to make everyone feel comfortable and at home during their stay.
House Rules
House Rules --- 1. General Conduct Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or rooms; it is only permitted in open areas. The consumption of any kind of alcohol, spirits, intoxicants, or drugs is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. Pets of any kind are not allowed inside the home. Hosting any person without prior approval from the host is not permitted. Holding any gatherings or parties without the host’s consent is prohibited. Please wear modest clothing outside the rooms and when leaving the house, in respect of local customs and traditions. Please wear indoor shoes or slippers that are not used outside the home. --- 2. Cleanliness & Maintenance Guests are responsible for keeping their room clean throughout their stay, including any utensils or tools used in the kitchen or anywhere else. Upon checkout, the room must be returned in the same condition it was received. Any damage caused by the guest will be charged to them. --- 3. Meals Breakfast will be light, including tea, coffee, or juice, provided by the host. --- 4. Check-in & Check-out Check-in and check-out times are from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals or departures outside these hours require prior notice and approval from the host. Guests should not leave the accommodation without informing the host, for their own safety. (You are considered part of the family during your stay.) --- 5. Payment Accommodation fees are paid in cash directly to the host after viewing and approving the place. --- 6. Security Deposit A security deposit of EGP 2,000 is required for short stays (less than one week), or EGP 5,000 for long stays (more than one month), or the equivalent in USD. The deposit is paid in cash upon arrival or through the payment method specified by the host. The full amount is refundable at the end of the stay after confirming that no damages occurred. Any damages caused by the guest will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit is separate from the accommodation fee and is not deducted from the booking cost. --- 7. Keys & Security In case of losing a key copy, the replacement cost will be charged to the guest. Please maintain personal and property security, and ensure doors and windows are closed when leaving. Respect the neighbors and avoid loud noises or any kind of disturbance. --- 8. Compliance Any violation of the smoking, alcohol, or pet rules will result in immediate cancellation of the stay, with charges applied only for the period stayed. Mutual respect between the host and guest is the foundation for a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone. ---
