Room at Pok Ta Pok
Overview
I live in a condominium overlooking the Nichupte Lagoon. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms and one of them is the one I offer for executives or for a couple of tourists. I live alone and my work is almost all from home, sometimes I have to travel but most of the time I am in the apartment. On the floor there are two rooms, one is the one I rent and the other I live in. The condominium has a pool and a palapa to spend a quiet vacation. The room has a king size bed, a full independent bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave oven, a minibar, a coffee maker, a TV, air conditioning, a closet, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery.
House Rules
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in: From 1:00 PM. Check-out: Before 10:00 PM. (Flexible times upon request and availability). Maximum capacity: The room is designed for a maximum of [1 or 2 people]. Identification and security: Official identification is requested at the time of booking. Visits without prior authorization are not allowed. Common areas: You can use the shared areas such as the pool, terrace and kitchen with respect for other residents. Keep everything clean after use. Noise: Out of respect for the neighbors, avoid loud noises between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Prohibitions: Smoking is not allowed inside the room or in common areas. Pets are not allowed. The use of illegal substances on the property is strictly prohibited. Cleaning: The room includes weekly cleaning service. If you require extra cleaning, please consult the additional fee. Please report any damage or defects immediately. Parking: Does not include a parking space, there is space on the avenue. Cancellation and refund policy: The reservation must be made one week in advance by means of an electronic transfer for the first night. The rest can be paid in cash. Cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance for a refund. Security deposit: A security deposit of $2,000 MXN is required at check-in.
