Room at Pok Ta Pok
Overview
I live in a condominium overlooking the Nichupte Lagoon. The apartment has 2 large bedrooms and one of them is the one I offer for executives or for a couple of tourists. I live alone and my work is almost all from home, sometimes I have to travel but most of the time I am in the apartment. On the floor there are two rooms, one is the one I rent and the other I live in. The condominium has a pool and a palapa to spend a quiet vacation. The room has a king size bed, a full independent bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave oven, a minibar, a coffee maker, a TV, air conditioning, a closet, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery.
House Rules
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in: From 3:00 PM. Check-out: Before 1:00 PM. (Flexible times available upon request and subject to availability). Maximum Occupancy: The room is designed for a maximum of [1 or 2 people]. Identification and Security: Official identification is required at the time of booking. No visitors are allowed without prior authorization. Common Areas: You may use shared areas such as the pool, terrace, and kitchen with respect for other residents. Please keep everything clean after use. Noise: Out of respect for the neighbors, please avoid loud noises between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Prohibitions: Smoking is not allowed inside the room or in common areas. Pets are not allowed. The use of illegal substances on the property is strictly prohibited. Cleaning: The room includes weekly cleaning service. If you require extra cleaning, please inquire about the additional fee. Please report any damage or defects immediately. Parking: Parking is not included; however, there is street parking available. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Reservations must be made one week in advance via electronic transfer for the first night. Subsequent nights can be paid in cash. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a refund. Security Deposit: A security deposit of MXN $2,000 is required upon check-in.
