✦No smoking or Vaping inside. Please do so outside. ✦Please DO NOT rent or buy any movie on Prime account. If you do you will be charged for any extra fees. ✦Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE IS GUEST ALLOWED TO USE MY ADDRESS FOR MAIL. ✦Please use dark towel for make up removal ✦Please be respectful of the place. NO FIGHTING. NO SHOUTING. DO NOT DAMAGE THE WALLS. Any damage found on property guest will be charged. ✦Turn off the lights once not in use. ✦This peaceful home is located in a quiet residential area. Quiet time is between 11 PM and 7 AM. ✦ There is a strict no parties, events, or social gatherings of any kind at the property. ✦ ONLY the original group of people indicated in the reservation will be accepted. If you would like to have a visitor to the listing, for safety and security purposes I require notification of, and PRIOR consent for, any additional visitors to the property. ✦ Any additional people that arrive without prior permission from the host may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund and/or include an additional charge of $100 per unregistered person, regardless of how long they are at the property. Do not use foil paper in microwave, if so guest will be charged to replace and install it ✦ Security camera records 24/7. Please do not rearrange furniture. ✦ Covering the security camera will result in immediate cancellation of the stay with no refund. ✦ Smoking is permitted outside only. A $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. ✦During winter months no windows should be open are guest will be charged $100 for every hour it open. PLUS any other damage causes to the pipes. ✦ To help keep our home clean, please take off outdoor shoes at the entrance. ✦ An additional cleaning fee of $50/hour may be applied if the house is left in a state requiring extensive cleaning (e.g., washing walls, piles of dirty dishes, deep cleaning carpets, home in disarray etc.). ✦ Check out is at 11 AM unless agreed otherwise. Guests who overstay this time will be charged $60 hour while the cleaners wait to get into the house.
