I live in a neighborhood called Jardim Camburi, Vitoria, capital of Espirito Santo. I am people of simple habits, but I like people organized and have no habits of smoking or drinking, except in social gatherings.
House Rules
- No smoking inside the house. Allow the room from the balcony; - It is not allowed loose objects around the house, or wet clothes on a bed; -You Can use the kitchen, since the objects to be cleaned and stored after use. We will not accept foreign visits without my permission. Sounds are only allowed up to 22 hours as building regulation. No pets will be accepted who have habit of sleeping in beds of owners.
