Overview
The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building built in the 50s, and there is an elevator for access to the floors of the building. In the apartment we live: me (Alessandra), my husband Gennaro and our dog named Miss. There are two bedrooms; one for us and one reserved for guests. There are two bathrooms: one for us and one reserved for guests. There is a living room with tables, chairs and armchairs for conversing. A large kitchen. There is a balcony, with flowers and chairs to cool off and relax in the summer. In our apartment guests can stay from a minimum of 2 nights up to a maximum of 21 nights. There are no children. It is a non-smoking house, so guests can only smoke outside on the balcony. A dog lives with us: a female named Miss who loves to be pampered and is very quiet. We will be very happy to welcome you and make you feel at home!

We want you to feel good in our home :)) Do you love dogs? (Do you like dogs?) I hope so, because our dog lives with us. It's a girl. Her name is Miss. She is ten years old. She is very calm and sweet in character. He loves to be petted! Important information: - Payment method: Homestay.com will receive, on my behalf, 25% of the total amount of the stay, at the time of booking. If a guest cancels with more than 7 days notice, the amount paid as a deposit will be refunded. To pay the account balance you have two options: 1) payment by bank transfer to my current account, up to one week before your arrival; or 2) in cash at your check-in. Tourist tax payment: the city of Rome asks all visitors to pay a tax of €6.00 (six euros per person per night) per person for each night. For this reason, according to the rules established by the Municipality of Rome which obliges me to act as an intermediary for this payment, at the time of check-in you will have to give me in cash the total amount of the tourist tax for all guests. Registration of documents (Document verification): as soon as you arrive, I will ask you for an identity document (ID card or passport) to fulfill the obligations of communicating data to the Italian Public Security Authority.

The room is large and bright. It has a desk, a chair, a double wardrobe, two bedside tables with lights, a mirror and a bookcase. There is air conditioning, radiator and WIFI. The exclusive bathroom is located next to the bedroom.
