Rent room
Overview
We are a friendly couple with no children and no pets. We are working Monday to Friday, sometimes long hours. We speak mostly English at home, plus the lady of the house occasionally also speaks Tamil and Malay. The house is 2 minutes walk to the train (about 40 minutes to the City) and bus station, also close to restaurants and takeaways (Indian, Asian, kebab, fish 'n' chips, pizza, even vegan!) and major supermarket. Fairly quiet neighbourhood, with plenty of walking/cycling tracks and parks. The room is fully furnished, with a queen-sized bed. Separate bathroom and toilet. Free Wi-Fi, shared lounge-room with TV, kitchen, dining room, big back yard.
House Rules
Everyday tidy, clean, no pets, be friendly and respect each other, keep the music/tv volume down. No outdoor shoes to be worn inside the house.
