Relaxing Private Bedroom San Jose
Overview
Hi! Safe and quiet neighborhood, gated community with security. Easy to navigate. Walking distance from universities, restaurants, markets, banks, bars & several bus stops. 15min bus ride to downtown San Jose. Spacious home with patio. LGBTQ Friendly Mi casa su casa! You have access to all common areas. We have a large living room, TV/ Projector area, kitchen, and dinning room. We also have a relaxing beautiful terrace/lounge area on the second floor with a comfy hammock that overlooks our indoor patio area. ***Update: we just upgraded the bedroom with a brand new orthopedic matrimonial bed :) More pics coming soon :) Our terrace is a guest fave as it's the best area to relax, drink coffee, read, hang out, work or simply wake up and listen to the birds chirping in the morning. Keys: Come and go as you please :) Interaction with Guests I'm here to help! I am quite the explorer and constantly traveling throughout the country so can assist you with any questions you have about getting around. If our plans coincide we can even share an adventure!! I work/study and am in & out during the week but am pretty flexible and will always be around to chat.
House Rules
Please treat this home as if it was your own :) Kitchen: You have full access, so please do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests...we don't like those airbnb'ers :) When using kitchen we expect our guests to clean up after themselves as well as place all trash in respective recycling bin. Guests: Please do not allow other visitors unless consulting us first. Pets: If traveling with pets we accept as long as no barking. Sorry no cats :/ Smoking: Can smoke in the outside patio using ashtrays. Damage: If you break or damage something, please let me know so any of us could arrange for its replacement or repair. Fun: Have tons of it:)

Large, clean and comfortable room on 2nd FL of home. Shared bathroom with me. The room has a matrimonial-size bed, night table as well as walk-in closet, perfect for extended stays. The room can fit two people comfortably.
