Overview
I am Gabriele and would like very much to offer an international person a room to rest their head. I share my house with my nephew Richard and his son, age 5 every fortnight. Both are very friendly and easy going. We also have 2 dogs, a German Shepherd Sula and Labrador Retriever Bella, with a cat called Alani. All meals can be provided, we have unlimited internet and are very close to public transport, bus and train within walking distance. I have many years' experience in hosting various nationalities and find this very rewarding. A long-term guest would be preferred as then we can really get to know each other. The house is a normal 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, separate kitchen, lounge, dinning and TV entertainment area. My favourite thing is the Xbox. All access to kitchen if you like to cook for yourself and of course laundry facilities are included. In your room there is split system for heating and cooling. General politeness. no smoking. enjoy the pets. keep things clean and tidy, notification of meal plans ahead. Rent paid straight into bank account. generally easy going as long a communication is open.

We have a king single bed with a nice desk for use. There is a large wardrobe for all your lovely things and you have your own heating and cooling.
