Quiet Room
Overview
This condominium features a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom split floor plan. The guest will enjoy their own private room and bathroom. Inside the room, they'll find a comfortable bed, a desk, and a TV, along with ample closet space for their belongings. This is a gated community, so the guard will have to call my phone for me to allow you in.
House Rules
Respect Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am ensuring a peaceful environment for everyone in the house. No Unapproved Guests: For security reasons, please do not invite unapproved guests into the house without prior consent. Clean Up After Yourself: Kindly clean up after yourself in shared spaces, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Respect Personal Belongings: Please respect the privacy and personal belongings of other residents in the house. Communication is Key: Keep open communication with me regarding any concerns, questions, or changes to your stay. Energy Conservation: Help conserve energy by turning off lights, fans, and electronics when not in use. Parking Etiquette: Park your vehicle in the designated area and avoid blocking driveways or other residents' parking spaces. Be Mindful of Noise: Be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, to ensure a comfortable environment for everyone. Follow House Guidelines: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to any additional guidelines provided upon arrival for a smooth and enjoyable stay.
