A Kind reminder: The room won’t be available until December 9th 2024 and you need to rent it at least for 3 months in order to get the price we are offering. Since your roommate is a student, we prefer to rent it to a high school or college student. Thank you for your understanding. Convenient Location: the house is walking distance to all amenities, including Pinetree High School, Larfarge Lake park and sports fields, Larfarge Lake Sky Train Station, swimming pool, shopping malls, etc. Beautiful House: well maintained, clean, quiet, has a front yard and backyard, 2 stories with a garage. Nice Room: sunshine, on the 2nd floor with beautiful view, comfortable, clean, queen sized bed. Wonderful Landlords: My husband and l are professional working people. We both passed criminal records check. Friendly Neighborhood: safe and quiet Place which is one of the best neighborhoods in Coquitlam. Discount Price: we offer $700/month for high school or college students who don’t cook or rarely cook.
House Rules
No visitors, smoking, alcohol, drug(including marijuana). Please Clean your room and your own mess, take off your shoes when entering the house, be respectful, quiet moment after 10pm.
