Quiet Condo Near Everything
Overview
My home is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with an additional media room featuring a 65-inch TV with surround sound. Relax on the enclosed lanai with a view of the 11th hole of the private country club. The guestroom features a king size bed, dresser and desk, along with smart TV and wifi access. The guest room is adjacent to the private bathroom which boasts a Toto washlet and large walk in shower. Both rooms can be made into a guest suite for additional privacy by closing the pocket door located in the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with all-new appliances including a full size washer and dryer.
House Rules
No smoking. No pets. Please keep front door locked. Please keep volume on music or tv low after 10pm. You're welcome to use the kitchen, Please be gentle on kitchen equipment and clean up after yourself. No strangers, please. Treat it like your own home. Rent is due 24 hours prior to arrival. Paypal accepted. Arrangements can be made for stays over 2 weeks in length.
