Where I live is located 5 min from the city center. São Leopoldo is culturally known as the birthplace of German colonization due to the coming of nineteenth-century German immigration to Brazil. It is 30 km from the capital Porto Alegre / RS. The train is a block and a half where I live. It travels to the capital in approximately 45 minutes for a very low cost. Current price 2017 - R $ 1,70 (round trip) Also with easy access to the airport (train / aeromóvel) and bus station of the capital. In the neighborhood we have the famous Sanctuary of Father Defendants very visited by tourists. The Unisinos train station - has free passage to the University of Vale dos Sinos / Unisinos. With leisure area, sports court. Being on the 15th floor has a privileged view of the city. The available room has two single bed and a wardrobe. Here, I live with my poodle dog, very close and quiet. We have some rules of condominium, for example: restrictions of the noise in some schedules, separation of the organic and dry trash, authorized entrances. Smoking, only, outside the apartment.In the building we have common area where it is. If you need to use the kitchen you should leave it organized and clean as well as the bathroom. Clothes washing in the restricted machine once a week.
