Quiet and comfortable home
Overview
We are a couple working in the education industry, about 45 years old. We hope to provide convenient accommodation and living for international students. The languages we use at home are Chinese and English. We have pet dogs and cats and a few cute hens. We have a beautiful big backyard, a bus station at the door, and a 5-minute walk from West Vancouver Secondary School. Life and shopping are convenient.
House Rules
You are not allowed to bring friends home. Keep the room clean. Wash the sheets and pillowcases every month. You can do laundry every Saturday. Shower before 11pm every night. Playing games is not allowed after 11:30pm. The landlord provides a simple breakfast every day. The landlord provides bedding.

This room is on the second floor, with a separate bathroom, shower and bathtub. The room is warm and quiet.
