Pvt AC room with Pvt bath
Overview
I stay by myself in this upper segment 3.5 BHK apartment.. Letting out only this one room. You have access to living room, dining room, balcony, kitchen and common gym and swimming pool of the society (Please refer to the house rules for expectations & details).
House Rules
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No pets are allowed inside. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please observe silence after 10 pm. You can use laundry machine for an additional price of Rs 300 per load (incl. detergent). Identity proof: A valid govt photo ID and Visa copies (if foreigner) need to be submitted at the time of check-in. Original ID needs to be produced at the time of check-in for verification purpose.
