-My house is located in HCM city (old name:Thủ Đức city- HCM city) in suburb of Saigon centre , 3km to Bình Triệu bridge- 1,5 km to Phạm văn Đồng boulevard; 12km to Saigon centre, 9km to airport; including 2 double-bed and 2 single-rooms and a spare bunk-bed+ common spaces for Guests on the 1st and 2nd floor: 1) Room4 double-bed on1st Floor: Small kitchen, Private hot bathroom, wardrobe. common space: balcony, hammock, wash-machine & dryer place. 2) Room 1, 2&3 on 2ndFloor: Room3 is double-bed room equiped air-con., Room1&2 are single-bed room. 1 Bicycle for Guest. -Common space to Guest on the 1st&2nd Floor: Lounges-balcony, kitchen, refrigerator, wash-machine, dryer space and staircase, wifi, dinning table on the front of flat. -We: living on the ground Floor, were born in Saigon, have Guests staying #9 years ago, in this cozy home or accompanied introducing HCM city, or shomewhere in South, South centre VN. House Rules
1. Guests send effective passport and visa pictures for Host online declaring to local autority- on spot at home. 2. No any national prohibited stuff/ goods. 3. No aloud noise from 11:00pm to 6:00am. 4. Be sure turning-off all electric/ gaz equipment after using. 5. Be sure cut-off Circuit- breaker of your room and locking down room door, front door, gate before going-outside. Keep, preserved its keys only in Guest-hand.
