We live in a quiet, safe area and yet very closely located to a subway line in the heart of Toronto. Great amenities: shops, theaters, fine dining, and more. We offer a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom, access to a kitchen and laundry facility. Make your own breakfast in the morning, cook your own meal, or order-in. For your convenience, there is a private separate entrance.
House Rules
Absolutely nonsmoking environment, observe quiet time between 10:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m. No guests are allowed to visit or to stay overnight. No hosting parties. No smoking indoors and outside of the property. No pets.

The room is a spacious place, it can accommodate one guest. It is on the lower level, facing east. For your convenience, the bed comes with drawers, there is a closet, a bookshelf, a desk. This bedroom comes with a private bathroom.
