Our house is located on the Northside of the city in a quite and safe subarb . We are 3 km from the city center and 15 mins drive to airport. The Balboa Bart (Bay area transit) is block a half from my house. The municipal bus stop is only block away.
House Rules
no smoking , no paper or of anything into toilet bowl that will clog the toilet , no pets, always lock the gate and door and always double lock at night, always lock you bedroom
