Please wash and wipe your used dishes and arrange them back in their cabinets for others to use. All guests must provide for themselves including food and drinks, and only use their belongings. Kindly purchase all the cooking ingredients you may need. Please do not use other guests' items. Washing powder is not provided. PAYMENT POLICIES - The booking price must be fully paid in advance by bank transfer in 24 hours from the booking. The amount is paid in AED. - In case of cancelation any conversion or transfer fees will be deducted from the amount. - Security Damage Deposit- 1000 AED (300 USD ) cash will be paid on check-in and refunded in full on check-out subject to an inspection of the property. - Kindly present copy of your passport or local ID when checking in. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancel 31 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50%, Cancel 14 days charge 100%, No Show charge 100 % HOUSE RULES Not suitable for pets Smoking not allowed No parties or events Outside guests are not allowed We kindly request our guests to maintain their room clean as we do not provide cleaning services when occupied.
