Private room for a single occupant
Overview
My home is strategically located at the heart of Scarborough just a walking distance from the malls and bus terminals. It is basically a 2-storey stack house type and I am at the top part. It has 2 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom and 1 shared kitchen. The other bedroom that I am offering for a potential guest is ideal for a single occupant. It has a single-size bed, a study table, chair, side table with lampshade and a closet. My home is a very quiet place to dwell in considering that I am living alone and most of the time I am either out for work or resting in my bedroom. Guest could cook and do laundry as needed. Restaurants also available nearby.
House Rules
Keep your room clean to avoid pest infestation. If possible don't keep foods in the room for the same reason. Maintain peaceful and quiet ambiance in the house. Handle all amenities with care. Anything damaged by the guest will be charged to guest's account. Unregistered guests are restricted however visitors are limited to certain time upon request to the owner.
