One Private Furnished Room available in newly refreshed renovated condo in nice San Pedro Gated Community (Harbor View) close to Capitol and Western dr. It has Laundry facilities within the unit, A/C, bedroom with separate bath. I am IT professional, I work for hospital. My place is close to Ralph, In and Out Burger and bunch of other restaurant, grocery stores, banks, etc. My place is good for business travelers. The space Their bedroom with private bathroom. Plus kitchen and nook (dining area) and laundry (within the unit). To use Washer and Dryer, we will charge $10 for each run (each time they are used by guest) Guest access Their bedroom with private bathroom. Plus kitchen and nook (dining area) and laundry (within the unit) Interaction with guests I like to give guest space. I am available via phone or email, messenger etc for any concern
