You will get your own private bedroom, and bathroom and will share an office( I don't use, but might need to grab/ store some items sometimes ), kitchen and living room with me and 2 pups. The east Millcreek location gives you great access to the canyons, freeways and everywhere. To the U Medicine School is about 20 mins through I215 or local traffic, 15 mins to canyons. The room is furnished. Laundry is located on the property. Prefer who would like to study/have quiet evenings, keep the bathroom & kitchen clean and need short stay. Rent is $900/month and includes all utilities and internet. Renter insurance is preferred. Must be a pets’ lover. No more pets. No smoking, drug or overnight guest. First month and security deposit upfront. Refundable security deposit is $750, cleaning fee $50. Who I am: a healthcare/research professional.
