Master private room. Private full bath and private entry. All covid precautions observed. Free parking, fenced yard, bbq, coffee maker, microwave. Walking distance to popular sidewalk and eat-in restaurants, Publix, CVS, parks. 3.4 miles from Fort Lauderdale beach.

Payment Method: Please note that we do not rent to local people. We prefer guests on holiday or business for a limited period of time. (Sorry, but there are many unfavorable situations that have arisen under these other circumstances- as you can imagine.) We require guests to pay 100% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking (on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com). Payments can be made at the exchange of emails and we will send the guest our Venmo link and make the request for the payment in full after you send us your email. Guests may not check in until their booking is paid in full. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. ”Absolutely no overnight guests other than registered guests. If two guests, then the second name and photo ID needs to be presented at check-in. Appreciate if the house is quiet after 10 p.m. Strict no smoking policy. No pets. No drugs. No excessive alcohol use. Not suitable for guests under 18 years of age. Appreciate guests keeping their area clean and uncluttered. Please eat at the table provided and not on the bed.
