Newly built and furnished in-law suite with private entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom in a new gated neighborhood available for rent. Your bedroom is downstairs and my room will be upstairs in the same house. Great getaway for group travels. Close to the Phoenix airport and other stores and other supermarkets.

Please take off your shoes when you enter. No Pets. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please do not flush "flushable wipes" in the toilet. Please keep quiet after 11 pm. Thank you!
